Brooke Terpening has been a part of the Lenamon Law team since graduating at the top of her law school class and focuses her practice on DUI defense and appeals. Brooke joined Lenamon Law as a partner in the firm’s criminal trial and appellate practice areas. She previously was an attorney with Swartz and Lenamon. Brooke serves as Treasurer and a Director of Florida Capital Resource Center, a non-profit organization providing legal resources and training to Florida capital defense attorneys. While attending law school, where she graduated number one in her class, Brooke interned for federal Judge Altonaga and Florida Third DCA Judge Lagoa.
Brooke was the recipient of Florida International University College of Law’s Dean’s Scholarship Award and the class valedictorian. She also studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain studying comparative constitutional law and secured transactions at the University of Sevilla. In addition to her law degree, Brooke holds an advanced degree in Information and Computer Science and brings that technical knowledge of computers, internet, and software to her legal work.
